heilbel66 obviously isnt a heavy metal fan, otherwise he would have much more appeciation for this song, i think the reason it sounded boring is because the volume is a little to low, try turning everything up a bit, esbecially the lead guitar

well i understand where your going from, being a metal guy myself, but this song is not ment to be a rock or metal song. if you would like to hear this song with metal feel free to do a metal remix or request someone to do a metal remix of this song. But id say this one of the best songs iv ever heard in the classical category, if this was in the rock or metal category then rock or metal guys wouldnt like this song as much, such as yourself. So it is all a matter of perspective.

dude i am proud to be listening to this remix. This is in my opinion the best remix of this song ever submitted on newgrounds and im not just saying that. This remix sounds so awesome because it sticks to the root melody of the song, it doesn't overdo it with added instruments, and it keeps the same kind of overwhelming feeling as the original. With vocals aside i think this sounds better then the original, i dont know what else to say except kudos. The only minor flaw i hear in this song is at the last few seconds the violin ending wasnt as smooth as it could have been because there was a subtle crackle right at the end of 4:35.

so yeah iv been reveiwing pretty much all of your FFVII songs and this one is really calm and gental and the only one you've made that makes me want to play FFVII again. I would love to hear you do a remix of this one song thats used in almost every FF game...umm... i think its song you hear when you first leave the big city in FFVII and when you travel on the world map 99% of the time on foot, o and also a black mage remix from FFIX i heard one of them by a band that call themselves the Black Mages and it sounded sweeet

i just made a review on one of your older FFVII OWA remixes and it was not bad. This song is a huge step up other FFVII songs of yours iv heard. I especially like this cus it sounded like you combined one of the fighting songs with sephiroths theme (not one winged angel) all my 10's are belong to this

all i have to say is that this song didnt sound crappy so there are no obvious faults for me to point out. So i think if theres nothing obviously wrong/bad/"off" with it then its a sucessfull remix by my book. You also did a fairly good job with the vocal filler music. Good job
